The Denice Gary Pandol Show: What’s at Stake Regarding the Trump Administration’s Executive Order for a 90 Day Travel Ban of Individuals From Seven Muslim Dominant Nations?

Seeking to uphold his constitutional obligation to protect the United States from terrorist attacks by enemies “both foreign and domestic,” President Trump signed an executive order for a 90-day travel ban. It acts to place a moratorium on the admission and entry of individuals into the United States from seven (7) countries from which scrutiny of visa applicants, who might threaten the U.S., is non-existent.

Is the President’s national security move in sync with the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), 8 U.A.C. 1101 et seq., and section 301 of title 3, of the United States Code? This law is on the books to prevent people from entering the country who have “hostile attitudes” towards the United States, who therefore may be detrimental to U.S. national interests and on the opposing side of America’s founding Judeo-Christian values.

Learn more as this week’s broadcast considers individuals from Muslim dominant countries who tend towards support of violence against female children in the form of FGM (Female genital mutilation), against women of all ages in the form of “honor” killings, as well as racism and bigotry directed at Jews, Christians, and other non-Muslims, and people who fundamentally disagree with America’s basic human rights as outlined in the Bill of Rights. There remains particular hostility in Muslim dominant countries to the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution respecting freedom of religion, speech, press and the right to peacefully assemble and protest.

Also hear my analysis on President Trump’s decision to create safe zones in the region. Is this a better idea than admitting those who do not share the same language and customs, but embrace a centuries old tradition of implementing the barbaric punishments codified in Shariah law as mentioned above?

Furthermore and in light of testimony before Congress last September by FBI Director James Comey, Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson and Nicholas Rasmussen, Director of the National Counterterrorism Center on Islamic terrorists infiltrating, inspiring and/or enabling attacks on U.S. soil, is the pause on immigration essential? Does it not provide these U.S. agencies an opportunity to keep-up with the “flood” of potential threats to the American people as well as handle on-going investigations in every state of the Union including Alaska and Hawaii?

Hear the FBI Director in his own words warn of an upcoming, massive “terrorist diaspora.” [For more: http://www.cbsnews.com/news/fbi-director-warns-of-upcoming-massive-terrorist-diaspora/]

Also, listen to former CIA Director John Brennan, an Obama appointee share his insight on the infiltration by Islamic State, IS/ISIS/ISIL/Daesh to enter the U.S. and other Western nations through refugee flows.

Get more insight on this week’s broadcast as we look at the new Trump Administration as he works to deal with terrorist-inspired attacks and terrorist-enabled attacks by the Islamic State, Al Qaeda, Hizballah and other terror armies and groups and consider what counter-terrorism measures by way of bans and deportations were done by previous presidents to protect the American people.

And learn more about “walls” or separation barriers. Walls have been erected in approximately 65 nation-states around the world for the purpose of protecting their own citizenry from a variety of threats.

Has the anti-Israel crowd now co-opted the travel ban executive order to spread anti-Semitism and anti-Israel attitudes in demonstrations across the nation? Hear more.
