In the second segment hear special guest Dr. Maurice Roumani of Ben Gurion University of the Negev. Professor and author of numerous publications, hear this important discussion concerning his book: The Case of the Jews From Arab Countries: A Neglected Issue.
Born in Benghazi, Libya, hear Professor Roumani share briefly his family’s story. It reflects on the horror of pogroms, of the massacres of Jewish families across the Muslim Arab world, and specifically in Benghazi where he was raised as a child.
Ultimately, of those Jews who survived the brutality of the Muslim Arab world in the 1930s and 40’s, nearly 900,000 souls fled to “The Promised Land” before and after Israel’s re-birth in 1948.
This week’s discussion centers around the idea of a population exchange. As hundreds of thousands of Jews, estimated in the millions now, have been forced out of Muslim Arab countries, the question is raised, why would approximately 450,000 Muslim Arabs, who only later self-identified as Palestinians, not be re-integrated back into Muslim Arab countries just as Jews were integrated into Israel?
And why should Jews give up land in the Jewish heartland, Judea and Samaria, land they won in a war of self-defense in 1967 to Muslims who want to annihilate them?
Hear this great discussion and phone the White House 202.456.1111 and your member of Congress at 202.224.3121. Say NO to a two-state solution – a failed solution, (e.g., Gaza), which forces Israel to give up more land for a so-called peace that will never come via concessions and conceding land to those who believe in Arab / Islamic supremacy. For Israel to concede is to accept defeat. Israel did not lose the war in 1967 to the Muslim Arabs, she won it!
