Consider my on-air response to President Obama’s recent statement that racism and slavery remain a part of America’s “DNA.” [See: ]

On this broadcast, hear the President, who ran on “hope and change,” directly challenged to abandon his uncompromising condemnations of America’s historic past. He is instead asked to both admire and inspire the American people with a message of hope by looking back at a man who, like many white American abolitionists, called slavery “evil,” opposed it, and despised the idea of adding new slave states to the Union. That man was Abraham Lincoln.

While running for president, some expected Lincoln to lose the election due to the lack of support from Southern slave states with Democratic Party majorities. Indeed, eleven Southern states promptly seceded from the Union when Lincoln won the presidency and became the first Republican president of the United States.

As a newly elected President, Lincoln wanted peace, but had to fight a war which left 620,000 Americans dead at war’s end, in 1865, in order to preserve the Union and end the scourge of slavery.

Despite the great carnage and death that was endured throughout the Civil War years, Lincoln nonetheless, stood on the fundamental principle that all men are created equal, a Biblical injunction, and led a nation to triumph and the embrace of the 13th Amendment that ended slavery, the 14th Amendment that made all Blacks, American citizens, and the 15th Amendment that gave Blacks the right to vote.

But has anyone yet heard either President or Mrs. Obama mention that long before the Civil War, following the Revolutionary War, the Northern states abolished slavery, beginning with Vermont’s 1777 constitution?

Meanwhile, President Obama fails to acknowledge that slavery and institutionalized racism lives on in the Muslim world, a world that represents a part of his own personal heritage. In 21st century Muslim dominant countries, millions of men, women and children are sold or given as gifts into bondage and then often die, due to the severity of living conditions under harsh Islamic rule. Also hear special guest, Jeff Daube, Director, Zionist Organization of America in Jerusalem, Israel, address the issue of military training camps for the youth in Gaza. Thousands of young men are being trained with live ammunition to be a part of an army that will attack the nation of Israel. [See: ]

Hear Director Daube deal with statements by Major General Yaakov Amidror, former head of Israel’s National Security Council.

Amidror makes clear that despite differences, rivalries, and tribal feuds, all of the Islamic groups, whether it is Iranian backed Shi’ite terror groups like Hizballah or militias or Sunni groups like ISIS and Al Qaeda, they all believe that Islam must rule the world.

Find out about the latest challenges faced by the Israeli people. Learn what Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon, told the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Martin Dempsey, concerning the existence of no fewer than “30 terrorist organizations in Syria” that Israel is expecting it will have to engage.

Senior IDF officers now say it is time to focus on intensive training and building-up the power of the air force, navy, ground forces, and civil defenses. Even major evacuation programs for Israeli citizens are being prepared in the event of another major war against the Jewish state.

And learn more on the 81% increase in the total number of fatalities from terrorism since 2013, a conservative estimate and based on the U.S. State Department’s release of Country Reports on Terrorism.
