Hear special guest Scott Winchell, intelligence analyst and counter-terrorism specialist as well as Chief-of-Staff to Major General Paul Vallely, U.S. Army (Ret.).
Acquire a greater understanding of what the growth of the Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham, ISIS, and Al-Qaeda means to Americans living both in country and abroad, as intelligence analyst Winchell and I discuss the congressional testimony by the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Lieutenant General Stewart. Significant territorial gains are expected by ISIS and Al-Qaeda in 2015 in addition to an increase in threats against America’s homeland.
Also obtain a better understanding of America’s decline in the Middle East as decision-makers choose policies that debilitate United States standing among the world’s 49 Muslim majority nations.
Case in point: As the world draws closer to Ramadan, June 17 to July 17, 2015, Muslims celebrate the month as a happy occasion; it is the month that the Muslim holy book, the Koran, is said to have been revealed to the “Prophet Muhammad.” And with these celebrations, ISIS is likely to conduct major offensives as it has done in the last three years and as its predecessor, Al-Qaeda in Iraq, accomplished in years past.
Meanwhile, President Obama states he remains without a strategy to destroy the Islamic terror army of ISIS.
The Institute for the Study of War suggests that ISIS may attempt some type of spectacular military offensive at the start of Ramadan while finishing the Muslim holy month with some other dramatic military operation. The Middle East Initiative will be watching.
Learn more as you consider what analyst Winchell notes concerning the accommodations made by the U.S. State Department to Islamic groups by the U.S. Embassy’s decision in Jakarta, Indonesia to celebrate America’s Independence day on June 4th rather than July 4th in an effort to avoid “offending” Muslims over a holiday that celebrates a book that calls for the death of non-Muslim infidels.
Is the United States slowly, incrementally, surrendering to Muslim domination? For more information on the Islamic system of governing non-Muslims conquered by jihad, read Bat Ye’or’s seminal work entitled: Islam and Dhimmitude.
And consider that based on reports from organizations like Open Doors USA, thousands of Christians have died and continue to be terrorized in Indonesia, just as in other Muslim nations – a consistent practice since Islam’s inception.
And finally pray. Pray for the women and children at risk in the Muslim nation of Bangladesh. They need access to modern fuels. Millions of women must walk miles every day, putting themselves at risk of violence and rape in order to collect enough firewood to cook for their families and heat their homes in the winter.
